Wang Guoshun has spent thirty years organizing weddings and funerals in his village. Wang Guoshun lleva treinta años organizando bodas y funerales en su pueblo. Cuando cobra 800 yuanes por sus servicios durante una celebración del primer mes de vida de un bebé, Yuan Hua, un joven impulsivo, cuestiona públicamente que sus honorarios sean demasiado elevados y presume de que organizará su propia boda para demostrar que no necesita a Wang Guoshun.
