Wedding Meets Calculation, I Turn Around And Call Off The Engagement
On the day of the grand wedding, Lin Qiuyue, a county girl, listened to her best friend's instigation and temporarily demanded an extra 2,800 yuan for peace of mind, unaware that it was the life-saving money for Bater's mother, who was waiting for surgery. Bater, a demobilized herdsman, called off the engagement on the spot and turned to protect his mother. After waking up, Lin Qiuyue chased him to the grassland to apologize, starting over with him from a small restaurant. But the jealous-turned-hateful best friend secretly framed them, almost cutting off the life-saving money. After the storm, the two finally understood that the true confidence of marriage is never the amount of the bride price, but holding on to each other during adversity.
