The Family Split Gives Me Only a Big Yellow Dog, Divine Dog Helps Me Roam the Mountains and Wilderness
After Zhou Zheng's father died of a work-related injury, his mother fell chronically ill from overwork, and the family of three struggled to make ends meet. The compensation money left by his father was forcibly divided by his eldest uncle and second uncle, who devoured the orphans' and widows' funds! They only received a broken cow shed and an old yellow dog. At his wit's end, Zhou Zheng discovered that the old yellow dog was actually the divine dog left by his grandfather—it could speak, understood human nature, and possessed immense strength. From then on, with the help of the divine dog Heihu, Zhou Zheng went up the mountains to hunt, entered the city to sell goods, and treated the sick and saved lives, stepping by step defying his destiny from a poor boy looked down upon by everyone, slapping villains in the face, protecting his mother and sister, and living as an existence in the whole village no one dared to provoke.
