Golden Scales Cross the Sea to the Mortal Realm
The Supreme Ruler of the ten-thousand-li vast ocean transforms into a dusty vagrant to undergo mortal trials, mistakenly marrying Su Qingyuan, a fisherman's daughter. On their wedding night, an urgent summons comes from the Dragon Palace, and he immediately returns to the deep sea, promising to pick her up in seven days, but forgets the space-time law that seven days in the deep sea equal seven years in the mortal world. Seven years flash by, and Su Qingyuan gives birth to fraternal twins, making a living by fishing and weaving nets, enduring harsh gossip from neighbors and bullying from her clan members, waiting day and night. When he succeeds to the throne ruling the deep sea, he suddenly remembers his mortal lover and hurriedly descends to the mortal realm, right in time to witness his wife and children being bullied by the clan.
