The Seventh Dao: The Son of Thunder
Born being struck by lightning, Lei Ming heads to Zhaoge with his father, Ji Chang. Unwilling to see the human race exploited by the Heavenly Dao, Ji Chang publicly refuses to accept the mandate of heaven, leading human cultivators to rise up in revolt against the heavenly gods, but unfortunately falls victim to the disaster. Awakening the origin of thunder and lightning and the Zixiao Golden Roc physique, Lei Ming grows giant wings on his back to fight the Five Elements Gods, yet still defeated and cast into the Animal Path, losing all his divine power. Falling into a forest, he befriends three beast companions: an orange cat, a honey badger, and an owl, surviving in perilous environments while recovering his Golden Roc and thunder powers and uniting the beast forces against heaven. In the end, he returns to the mortal world to demand justice from the heavenly gods and guard the dignity of the human race.

Né en étant frappé par la foudre, Lei Ming se rend à Zhaoge avec son père, Ji Chang. Ne tolérant pas que la race humaine soit exploitée par le Dao Céleste, Ji Chang refuse publiquement d'accepter le mandat du ciel, menant les cultivateurs humains à se soulever contre les dieux célestes, mais périt malheureusement. Éveillant l'origine du tonnerre et de la foudre ainsi que le physique du Rokh d'Or de Zixiao, Lei Ming voit pousser des ailes géantes dans son dos pour affronter les Dieux des Cinq Éléments, mais il est tout de même vaincu et jeté dans la Voie des Animaux, perdant tous ses pouvoirs divins. Il chute dans une forêt, se liant d'amitié avec trois compagnons bêtes : un chat orange, un ratel et un hibou, survivant dans un environnement périlleux tout en récupérant ses pouvoirs de Rokh et de tonnerre, et en unissant les forces animales contre le ciel. Finalement, il revient dans le monde des mortels pour réclamer justice aux dieux célestes et protéger la dignité de la race humaine.
