The System Made Me Farm Upside Down, I Turned Around and Became the World's Number One Farmer
Zhao Xiaotu, an agricultural expert, travels back to ancient times. His biological mother is bullied by his stepmother, and when the family splits up, he receives only a barren patch of sandy land. His mother falls seriously ill, but he cannot even afford her medicine. By chance, he unlocks a bizarre farming system that can transform barren land into fertile fields through ridiculous tasks such as watering crops while standing on his head and singing to the plants. His half-brother Zhao Ming and stepmother grow jealous when he harvests high-yield sweet wheat and repeatedly sabotage him, even bribing the county magistrate to falsely accuse him of using sorcery to harm people. Relying on the system's rewards, the connections of the Su family's eldest daughter, and the local ruffian Wang Mazi, whom he has brought under his control, Zhao Xiaotu fights back step by step. He rescues his childhood sweetheart, Liu Xu, who is being forced to repay a debt, and cultivates rare seven-colored silk. When the Zhao family steals the silk to seek credit at the Empress Dowager's birthday banquet, Zhao Xiaotu prepares evidence to prove its authenticity and heads to the capital to meet the emperor, overcoming one scheme after another along the way.
