Using the blood of demons as ink and the hundred-demon scroll as parchment, one can trace their forms and seize their supernatural powers. Waking up one morning, Jiang Yuechu finds herself as an ordinary young girl in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Under the moonlight of Chang'an, prosperity and decay coexist, gods and Buddhas have vanished, and demons run amok. Fortunately, slaying creatures increases her cultivation dao, allowing her to paint demons one by one into the demon scroll and turn them into her own strength. From the domineering saber technique of the Tiger Mountain God to the sharp, predatory vision of the Green-Faced Wolf Lord; from the water-controlling might of the White Flood Dragon to the thousand-pound strength of the Black Mountain Bear Lord! Jiang Yuechu occasionally frets: why do her divine powers just keep growing?
