The Other Side of Seven Years of Marriage
Gynecologist Zhou Licheng unexpectedly performs surgery on his wife, Xu Manning, after she suffers severe bleeding. During the operation, he discovers that she has been having an affair with her dance student, Shao Wenjie, and that the child she is carrying is not his. At a birthday banquet, Zhou publicly exposes the truth. Later, Xu secretly transfers all the family's savings and sells their property, squandering the money on Shao Wenjie. Shao joins forces with a fraud syndicate to trick Xu into mortgaging her dance studio, leaving her with neither money nor property. Her father also dies because she cannot afford his medical treatment. Eventually, the fraud ring is arrested. Xu loses her child and her ability to have children, while Zhou finally lets go of the past and moves on to a new relationship.

Pendant l'intervention, il découvre qu'elle le trompe avec Shao Wenjie, son élève en danse, et que l'enfant qu'elle porte n'est pas le sien. Lors d'un banquet d'anniversaire, Zhou révèle la vérité devant tout le monde. Par la suite, Xu transfère secrètement toutes les économies de la famille et vend leurs biens immobiliers, dilapidant l'argent pour Shao Wenjie. Celui-ci s'associe à un réseau d'escrocs pour tromper Xu et la pousser à hypothéquer son studio de danse, la laissant sans argent ni biens. Son père meurt également faute de moyens pour payer ses soins. Finalement, le réseau d'escrocs est arrêté. Xu perd son enfant et toute capacité à avoir des enfants, tandis que Zhou finit par tourner définitivement la page et s'ouvrir à une nouvelle histoire d'amour.
