The female lead inherits several apartments from her grandfather. Wanting to ease the rental burden on recent graduates, she spends her own money converting entire apartments into private rooms and rents them out at low prices. However, a newly arrived law student takes the lead in reporting her for illegal partitioning and incites the other tenants to sue her, using the threat to demand lower rent. Left with no choice, she terminates the leases, sells the properties, and removes the partitions. But the tenants livestream attacks against her online and even cause trouble at her workplace. Faced with repeated moral blackmail and malicious accusations, she refuses to tolerate it any longer. Armed with evidence, she fights back and exposes the truth: the law student deliberately created disputes to secure a permanent position and exploited the tenants for personal gain.

Pour alléger le poids du loyer des jeunes qui viennent d'obtenir leur diplôme, elle dépense son propre argent afin de transformer des logements entiers en chambres individuelles et les loue à bas prix. Cependant, un étudiant en droit qui vient d'emménager prend la tête d'un signalement concernant les cloisons jugées illégales et pousse les autres locataires à engager des poursuites contre elle afin de la contraindre à baisser les loyers. N'ayant pas d'autre choix, elle met fin aux baux, vend les biens immobiliers et fait retirer les cloisons. Mais les locataires diffusent en direct des attaques contre elle sur Internet et vont même jusqu'à semer le trouble sur son lieu de travail. Face au chantage moral répété et aux accusations malveillantes, elle décide de ne plus se laisser faire. Munie de preuves, elle riposte et révèle la vérité : l'étudiant en droit provoquait volontairement des conflits pour obtenir un poste permanent et exploitait les locataires à des fins lucratives.
