Gastroenterologist Li Yan dissected a female patient. There was a note in her stomach with four words written on it: "You're next." Three days later, a red mark appeared on the inside of Li Yan's wrist. It was growing, as if someone were writing on his skin with a pen. Before she died, Lin Wan said, "Doctor, there is something in my stomach writing words." No one believed her at the time. Now, Li Yan believes. He has only three days. And the only clue that can save him is hidden thirty years ago.
