Orphan of the Northern Mansion - Season 2
In the 120th year of the Great Daxia era, Xiao Zhan, the Prince of the North, and his eight sons died heroically at Yanmen Pass, with absolute loyalty to the nation, leaving only the ninth son, Xin Yue. Seizing the opportunity to usurp power, the imperial court attempted to place the Xiao family's widows under house arrest. At this critical juncture, the Elder Grand Princess defied all dissenting opinions and ordered Xin Yue to single-handedly shoulder the heavy responsibility of the family, propping up the crumbling Northern Mansion. Possessed by the soul of a modern martial arts king, Xin Yue shed his past weakness and timidity, verbally defeated the imperial inspectors, outsmarted corrupt officials, and took command of the Northern Army holding the dark-iron token. With a sickly body, he entered the camp to train soldiers, stabilized the Xiao family amidst desperation, and revived the glorious reputation of the Northern Mansion.
