Exorcist Fell in Love with a Zombie
In 1945, Gu Chenzhou was heavily wounded while blowing up a Japanese ammunition depot and fell into a stream alongside Heimu Toru. After being bitten by Xuanming, he turned into a zombie. Sixty years later, he meets Su Qingyin of the Exorcist Dragon Clan, and the two go from being adversaries to fighting side by side. Heimu Toru and Xuanming appear one after another, peeling back the layers of the Puppet Slave Plan, zombie seeds, and the Su family curse—revealing that Xuanming is actually an ancestor of the Su family, and Su Qingyin's tears can dissolve magical powers. When Gu Chenzhou cuts out his heart to save her, Su Qingyin shares half of her own heart with him. Two half-human, half-zombie hearts, and a promise never to be separated.

Nel 1945, Gu Chenzhou è rimasto gravemente ferito facendo esplodere un deposito di munizioni giapponese ed è caduto in un ruscello insieme a Heimu Toru, trasformandosi in uno zombi dopo essere stato morso da Xuanming.
