Weird phenomena descend upon the world. After graduating as a bottom-ranked student, Yao Yuan binds with a system and becomes a security guard at Tomson Riviera. As long as he earns money, he can become stronger. His residential complex is unexpectedly filled with SSS-level weird beings who fear and respect him. Relying on absolute strength, Yao Yuan extorts the Ghost Suppression Bureau while forcibly collecting all kinds of weird beings as residents. From the bureau's higher-ups to Japanese ghost controllers, even SSSS-level weird beings from America and the God of Weirdness, all become his "cash machines" and upgrade resources. In the end, he breaks the rules of heaven and earth alone, becoming the true master above all gods.
