Ma Xiaoman seizes the chance to play the victim, demands that Zheng Xiaoxia take responsibility for him, and rushes to her home to propose. Though he seems carefree and cynical, Ma Xiaoman comes from an illustrious family, yet he insists on putting down roots in the village to protect his wife. The two marry and have a daughter named Wanwan, but who could have guessed that Wanwan is a reincarnated little fox fairy bearing the mark of the fox clan?
