On his very first night, he awakens a supernatural ability that allows him to hear the whispers of the dead. The next day, Lin Ye spends 80 yuan buying an old item and resells it for 6,800 yuan. From then on, he builds his fortune by listening to conversations around the graves. But his good fortune doesn't last long. He gets caught up in the Gu family's inheritance dispute and follows a trail of clues to uncover the secrets behind an unmarked ancient tomb in the cemetery's western section. He also discovers that the artifact displayed in the exhibition cabinet is actually a fake.
