Lonely Fortress Reaches the Sky: Protecting All Lives (48 episodes)

Binhai Village falls directly into the path of a super typhoon. The government allocates a 300,000-yuan relocation subsidy per household and arranges safe shelter. Village chief Zhao Daqiang conspires with contractor Wang Jianguo to withhold Zhang Tie's subsidy under the excuse that his house sits on the highest ground, misleading villagers to mock Zhang Tie for taking out loans to build a storm bunker. When the typhoon hits, the shoddy relocation building constructed by Zhao collapses into ruin, leaving the villagers in grave danger. Meanwhile, Zhang Tie's industrial-grade storm fortress stands unscathed. He immediately opens it for free to shelter the suffering villagers and coordinates with authorities on rescue efforts.
