The Last Leave Request Note
Employee Lin Zhi's elder family member passed away, and he applied for bereavement leave to his supervisor Zhou Mingyuan. The other party refused on the grounds that the relative was not a statutory direct family member, using harsh words, and also arranged for his cousin to snatch the project he had worked hard to complete. Lin Zhi argued with reason, retained all evidence of his work and the other party's harassment, and exposed the truth of the other party stealing the proposal and lacking business capability in front of the partners. Zhou Mingyuan and his relatives successively used workplace suppression, malicious retaliation and other means, and their related violations and corrupt behaviors were subsequently exposed, ultimately facing legal processing. Lin Zhi held his own bottom line, successfully promoted, and returned to his hometown to properly bid farewell to his elder.
