Golden Sea in Wind and Waves
Fisherman's daughter Wen Yining dreams of a large yellow croaker asking for help. Early the next morning, she releases a glowing large yellow croaker and gets into a dispute with young fisherman Han Haisheng, just as a tsunami sweeps them both to a deserted island. In adversity, Wen Yining feeds water mouth-to-mouth to Han Haisheng who is in a high fever and unconscious, and the two develop feelings for each other. To pay off her father's debt extorted by the bully Qian Wanjin, Wen Yining and Han Haisheng follow a strange red light to discover an abundant school of fish, selling the fish to get out of trouble. Villagers turn green with envy and press for the fish nest, and Sun Degui and others use explosives to fish indiscriminately, causing a red tide to break out, many people to be poisoned, and fishing boats to be swallowed by a tornado.
