Half a Lifetime of Wind and Rain, One Furnace of Spring
Liu Xiulan toiled for forty years, only to be despised by her husband Zhou Fusheng and forced into divorce because of Ma Caixia. With a chilled heart, she stopped pleading bitterly, settled old accounts, took back the property she deserved, and started fresh from a small soup shop. Relying on her soup-making skills, she made the small shop packed with guests, opened three branch stores, led those around her to earn money with their own hands, and bought her own home. Ma Caixia's schemes were exposed, and Zhou Fusheng understood regret after losing her. Faced with the delayed apology, Liu Xiulan let go of the past but did not turn back. She proved with actions that anyone can start over at any age, living a life of dignity and brightness by relying on herself.
