Poison Pill Seals the Temple: I Scraped the Truth from the Pill Furnace
Xuanwei View was suddenly sealed. Three medicine boys fell ill, and the county yamen charged them with secretly concocting poison pills. View Master Shen was arrested, and Zhou Chengji of the medicine firm forced Shen Qinghe to sign a confession and debt-settlement document. Only Lin Yan stared at the silver-gray powder and black oily wood chips at the bottom of the pill furnace. He inspected the medicine, water, and accounts, tracing the river locks, grain shops, courier stations, and even his own origins which were not on the roster. Judge Han was suspended, the medicine firm's initial inspection was voided, and the medicine fields were temporarily preserved.

Kuil Xuanwei tiba-tiba dimeteraikan.
