Half a Bag of Leaking Rice, A Lifetime of Heavy Kindness
In the 1990s, the orphan siblings Fang Liping and Fang Xiaoke fell into hardship. Grain and oil shop owner Zheng Changshun and his wife silently extended a helping hand to support the two in their studies and schooling. The businessman Qian Guifa coveted their storefront and used despicable means to force the elderly couple to hand over the shop, causing them to be forced to toil bitterly in a brick kiln for many years. Years later, the successful siblings returned, gathering evidence everywhere, relying on the support of neighborhood residents to uphold justice and help their benefactor reclaim justice. Zheng's Grain and Oil reopened, and kindness continues to be passed on among humanity.
