In the Northern Song capital, he opens "Wu's Sichuan Restaurant" and, relying on modern cooking techniques and an affordable gourmet strategy, starts by providing hometown flavors to the brothers Su Shi and Su Zhe, gradually attracting celebrities such as Ouyang Xiu, successfully establishing himself and making a name.
