Aboard an overnight passenger ferry, Gu Sheng receives an anonymous text: "Don't switch cabins." In the dead of night, Chen Hang uses a master key to force open the four-person cabin under the pretense of a temporary cabin change. Qiao Yan is carrying evidence of altered financial records from Lu Chuan's project, and the four women barricade the door in resistance. Gu Sheng, Su He, Lin Xi, and Qiao Yan corroborate each other's accounts to track down the master key, visitor log numbers, missing pages, vehicles, and system logs, uncovering the plot orchestrated by Lu Chuan to seize the evidence. Refusing any settlement, they submit the proof, spurring an official investigation and safety overhaul of the ferry. In the end, all four board the night ferry once more—not one left behind.
