Misplaced Hometown Affection, I Turn Around and Donate the Neighboring Village's Happiness Road
After his company goes public, Zhang Cheng buys a dedicated coach for his parents to make traveling easier and hires Liu Dayong, a fellow villager, as its driver. Kindhearted, his parents often give fellow villagers from their old hometown a lift whenever they are heading the same way. But Liu Dayong takes the lead in forcing the elderly couple off the bus and repeatedly makes things difficult for them. His actions eventually cause Zhang's father to suffer a heart attack and collapse. Deeply disappointed, Zhang Cheng withdraws all the benefits he had provided to the entire village and redirects them to Happiness Village, whose residents have treated his parents with kindness. When devastating floods strike, Zhang puts aside past grievances and coordinates the people of Happiness Village to help rescue the old village, repaying hostility with kindness. The villagers finally come to their senses and sincerely mend their ways. In the end, Zhang's parents share their farming and livestock-raising skills, helping both villages prosper through kindness.
