Lin Tian, a disciple of Mount Qingcheng, descends the mountain under his master's orders to deal with three old marriage agreements and reclaim shares, medical manuals, and ancient relics held in custody for his sect. After canceling his engagements with the Su and Qin families, he meets Huo Sisi, who was ambushed and left with injured legs. Joining forces, the two uncover the conspiracy of Qin Zhenshan, who was once expelled from the sect, and find out the truth behind Huo Sisi's father's murder. Relying on his medical skills and wisdom, Lin Tian crushes his rivals' plots, purges the traitor, casts aside the arranged engagements, and chooses to be with Huo Sisi following their own hearts.
