Mountain Gathering Years: Chen Shan's Turnaround Road
In the winter of 1980, Chen Shan was kicked into a hundred-meter heavenly pit by a village bully, accidentally obtaining the Earth Vein's First Pearl, the "Vitality Pearl," and defying his fate from then on. He took his brothers to break into Yanwang Ridge, fight Huang Papi, open a freight store, and enclose barren mountains, rising from a poor hunter to a ten-thousand-yuan household. Along the way, he gathered all seven pearls, discovered a natural medicine valley and a century-old ginseng king, but refused a 500,000 acquisition offer from provincial tycoon Ma Changqing. When an avalanche struck Laolonggou, he used the seven pearls returning as one to reverse and divert the avalanche, saving the entire village. In the end, this poor kid once forced by debts became the guardian of Changbai Mountain.
