Shen Yan is determined to avoid the plot etched in his memories, only to discover that Gu Yanchuan, who has just returned home, has read the exact same story—yet their versions completely contradict each other. The more they try to steer clear of their scripted fates, the faster events hurtle toward the predetermined path. Is it mere coincidence, or is someone pulling the strings from the shadows? Joining forces with Shen Yan's younger sister, Shen Zhixia, they set out to uncover the truth, refusing to let doubt and suspicion dictate their lives. A story may come in different versions, but their choices remain entirely in their own hands.
