A gravely ill village woman, Li Ruohua, traveled far to the fairy mountain to find her daughter, only to encounter others impersonating her daughter's appearance to mock and play with her. Bad news followed one after another: her beloved daughter had already been refined into an immortal elixir by Wuwang Mountain and divided up to be eaten. Wronged and framed, she fell into a deep pool, awakening her divine status and the bloodline of the Flood Dragon, with nine Immortal-Binding Ropes on her body snapping consecutively. It turned out that her former foster sister, Bai Yi, had betrayed her clan, colluding with the divine race to slaughter the Flood Dragon clan, and Bai Yi's own daughter was the chief culprit behind the death of her daughter. Old grievances and new hatred gathered together; after resurrecting her beloved daughter, Li Ruohua joined hands with her to storm the Heavenly Court, vowing to reclaim justice for herself and her daughter.
