My Machine Factory, You Can't Afford to Mess With It
Lin Yu, the director of a township factory, takes over a plant on the verge of bankruptcy, only to face a collective power play by five senior Level-8 fitters who use their technical skills as leverage. He decisively fires the veteran workers and leads a group of apprentices who cannot even read technical drawings. Using precision fixtures developed in-house and standardized SOP workflows, he secures a contract to manufacture 100,000 precision auto parts for Germany's Volkswagen. As local steel monopolies, corporate poaching, and internal theft of blueprints threaten his business one after another, Lin Yu breaks through with technology and fights back with systems, carving out a path to industrial revival from the ruins. This is not the comeback of one man, but the explosive true story of a group of country bumpkins using a modern production chain to crush dogmatic reliance on experience and an outdated system.
