Shen Yi spent money to buy a private fixed parking space, but it was occupied by her neighbor, Ma Fengqin, for a long time. Repeated communication and kind persuasion only resulted in the other party pushing her boundaries. Out of options, Shen Yi chose not to drive her car and parked her private vehicle securely in her own spot. The neighbor, who should have been in the wrong, flew into a rage instead and kept causing trouble. In the process of gathering evidence, Shen Yi accidentally uncovered a two-year-old cold case hidden behind this parking space: the former owner had suffered retaliation because of it, causing severe damage to their family. A simple neighborhood parking dispute gradually exposed property management cover-ups and developer violations.
