My Own Brother Joined Forces to Force Down the Price, I Turned Around and Sold the Honey to the CEO in the Provincial Capital
Su Chen is a young beekeeper with an extraordinarily keen sense of smell. Because his nose has been stung by bees so often over the years that it stays red, the villagers jokingly call him "Bunny Nose." After working tirelessly at his family's apiary for 62 days, he receives only 8,000 yuan in profit sharing, while his older brother, Su Lei, takes home 160,000 yuan despite working just 11 days. His father, Su Changhe, plays favorites, and the rest of the family turns a blind eye. This makes Su Chen determined to leave and start his own business. Using his 8,000-yuan share and another 12,000 yuan borrowed from a fellow beekeeper, He Lan, he buys Old Man Wei's secondhand beehives. On a wild vitex flower hillside in an overlooked saline-alkali wasteland, he establishes his own apiary, "Chenming."
