After the Landlord Forced Me to Move Away, the Whole Fleet Left with Me
Cheng Yan and his college classmate Gao Jun started a business in partnership. Gao Jun runs a logistics fleet, while Cheng Yan opened the Homecoming Restaurant to provide stable and punctual fixed-point meals for drivers. As surrounding fleets signed contracts one after another, the restaurant business flourished more and more. However, the landlord Zhou Mao concluded that the customer source came from his own location, and took the opportunity of lease renewal to demand thirty percent of the operating cash flow. Cheng Yan refused to be manipulated and decisively moved into the old cafeteria across the street; the head chef He Dahai and others also misjudged the situation and chose to stay in the old shop.
