Sui Qi leads Zuo Chen, Shen Yu, and Lou Meibao to form an escaped psychiatric hospital team, stepping into the Sandstone Star doomsday survival live-streaming game. Relying on wilderness survival skills, the four team up to survive, making self-made water filters, building water storage tanks, resisting natural disasters and other players, and even subduing the Star Fluff Beast to assist their escape. Along the way, they befriend the Song Yan brothers, clash with Lian Jue and other wasteland hunting teams, pass through toxic mist and ice fissure crises, and successfully clear the game to claim the prize money. However, the prize money instantly pays off their huge debts. After resting, the four prepare for the second game, but on the night before the match, Sui Qi falls into a strange and eerie guest room hiding bizarre puppets.
