The Darkened Younger Man Chases Back His Runaway Older Sister
To raise surgical fees for her mother, Jiang Xingyao was forced to enter the Shen family and accompany Shen Mubai, who had an intellectual disability. After giving birth to their son Shen Nian, she ruthlessly took the money and resolutely left, opening a flower shop in a small town and spending five peaceful years alone. However, the gloomy, darkened Shen Mubai, who held absolute power in the Shen family and had never let her go, devised a scheme to forcefully bring Jiang Xingyao back. The once clingy little puppy transformed into a paranoid lunatic, simultaneously resenting her abandonment back then while sinking so deep into love that he could not extricate himself. Mother and son reunited, but son Shen Nian was full of resentment and heavy defense. Amidst the tug-of-war and entanglement, the truth behind their forced separation back then gradually surfaced. Having endured family harassment and her biological father's crazy revenge, the two unraveled layers of misunderstandings.
