The Mystery Under the Payment Code
Mother-in-law Song Yun takes out 880,000 to support her unemployed daughter-in-law Wen Yu in opening a restaurant, and frequently brings friends to support it. But Wen Yu becomes increasingly cold, the food portions get smaller, and she even publicly accuses her mother-in-law of eating and drinking for free for three months. After the conflict breaks out, the two face each other to reconcile accounts, only to discover the shocking truth: the payment code that the mother-in-law scans to pay every time turns out to be the private account of her son Cheng Ye; and that 880,000 startup fund has never reached Wen Yu's hands. The mother-in-law and daughter-in-law join forces to investigate, discovering that Cheng Ye defrauded a total of over 1,300,000 yuan, which was used to support his extramarital woman Chu Rou.
