On The Day Of The Engagement, My Long-Lost Grandparents Came To Find Me
On the engagement day of Lu Cheng'an, who was separated from his family since childhood, his grandparents who had been searching for their grandson for twenty years came over in simple clothes to recognize him. The prospective bride's family despised the old folks for being poor and made things difficult for them in every possible way. Even if he had to sleep at the door, he would rather protect the old folks and called off the engagement on the spot. Three days later at the engagement cancellation scene, the former fiancée had already climbed high branches to mock him for a three-thousand monthly salary, while his friend Zhou Yue stood up in public to get engaged to him. He pressed the remote control given by his grandfather, and the funds arrived instantly—the old man turned out to be the person in charge of Shengheng Group. Grandfather tested them a second time by pretending to be poor, and Zhou Yue remained steadfast through thick and thin; her identity as the heiress of Xingchen Group was also revealed accordingly. Starting from entry-level business operations, he investigated corruption and finally held a wedding with Zhou Yue.
