On the Day of the Family Division, I Only Wanted That Broken Well
Yang Chunhua married into the Chen family for six years, working like an ox and a horse only to be despised, and froze to death carrying water by the well platform in the bitter winter. Reborn on the day of the family division, her husband's family took the good houses and fertile land, leaving only a dry well and a saline-alkali beach—she smiled and took them all. Nobody knew that the well was only three meters away from hitting water, and treasures were hidden beneath the alkali beach. Facing the mockery of the whole village, she staked her life on three feet, a pair of hands carving out clear springs, turning the barren beach into a treasure land, making those who once looked down on her bow their heads and acknowledge reality. Relying neither on heaven nor earth, she earned back her dignity by herself, and also led the whole village to live a good life.
