Shen Zhixia, a tourism management graduate, gives up her city job and returns to the countryside to lead her fellow villagers in developing a cultural tourism project. Just as the project gets off the ground, she faces misunderstandings and criticism from her own family. Feeling wronged, she diverts the incoming tourists to the neighboring village. To fight for the tourists, her cousin resorts to improper means to disrupt operations. Once the financial accounts are made public, all misunderstandings are cleared up. Shen Zhixia puts past conflicts behind her, discards emotion-based management, and implements a transparent and standardized cooperation mechanism to lead both villages toward shared development and common prosperity.
