At age 28, to repay his father's 300,000 debt, Chen Qingshan returns home to take over a barren farm plagued by insect infestations in Qingping Village, Shennongjia, accompanied by three old dogs. With the assistance of Lin Yue from the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, he investigates the secret left behind by his grandfather. Spiritual fruits attract poachers and capital covetousness, and the earth's veins churn as a beast tide approaches. Relying on three pages of earth vein maps to activate Field Zero, Chen Qingshan has the three dogs guard the mountain gates to quell the crisis, turning the debt-ridden small farm into a protected national-level ecological sample zone.
