One Yuan of Benevolence, Hard to Change Worldly Hearts
Medical doctorate Xu Ran, moved by a lifesaving grace, rooted himself in a rural village for ten years to practice medicine and heal the world. He adhered to his original intention as a healer, charging only a one-yuan consultation fee, frequently digging into his own pockets to subsidize medicine costs, and silently guarding the health of the local villagers. However, his sincere kindness met with rumors and misunderstandings. Incited by the fake healer Zhao Fugui, the villagers ruthlessly drove Xu Ran away. Facing this disheartening situation, Xu Ran did not sink into despair; he accepted an invitation to rush to the capital research institute, bravely scaling the peaks of medicine, conquering major medical challenges, and winning a national medical award. Zhao Fugui's unlicensed medical practice caused a disaster and he ultimately suffered legal sanctions. Facing the villagers' remorse and pleas to stay, Xu Ran held a great love in his heart, plunging into a broader world to guard more lives with his medical skills.
