The Dragon Has Ten Sons: Cangcang's Search for His Father
The dragon has nine sons, each majestic. But Dragon Father does not know he has a tenth son: a little hamster named Cangcang. Before her passing, mother told him his heritage, because she felt she had "no particular skill" and feared the child would meet danger. Bearing a dragon scale and cheeks full of melon seeds, Cangcang embarks on the path to find his father, finding his nine older brothers one by one, each of whom hides a secret concerning "Shi". Shi pursues and kills all the way, wanting to swallow Cangcang's cheeks that can never be filled. In the end, Cangcang discovers that Shi turns out to be the other half of himself abandoned by Dragon Father. He uses the softest "cang" to swallow the deepest darkness, ascending to become the "God of Storing Blessings", and the nine sons are reunited.

O dragão gerou nove filhos, todos majestosos. Mas o Pai Dragão não sabe que ainda tem um décimo filho: um pequeno hamster chamado Cangcang. Antes de falecer, a mãe contou-lhe a sua origem, porque sentia que "não tinha nenhuma habilidade especial" e temia que a criança encontrasse perigo. Carregando uma escama de dragão e as bochechas cheias de sementes de girassol, Cangcang embarca no caminho para procurar o pai, encontrando um a um os seus nove irmãos mais velhos, cada um dos quais esconde um segredo sobre "Shi". Shi persegue e mata ao longo do caminho, querendo engolir as bochechas de Cangcang que nunca ficam cheias. No final, Cangcang descobre que Shi acaba por ser a outra metade de si próprio que o Pai Dragão abandonou. Ele usa o "cang" mais suave para engolir a escuridão mais profunda, sendo consagrado como o "Deus Menor de Armazenar a Fortuna", e os nove filhos reúnem-se.
