The Tenants Join Forces to Sue Me
The female lead inherits several apartments from her grandfather. Wanting to ease the rental burden on recent graduates, she spends her own money converting entire apartments into private rooms and rents them out at low prices. However, a newly arrived law student takes the lead in reporting her for illegal partitioning and incites the other tenants to sue her, using the threat to demand lower rent.
