Out of Kindness, I Sowed Seeds for the Village, but They Smashed My Seeder
Out of goodwill, Li Mo uses his large seeder to help the villagers cultivate their fields. However, village chief Zhao Dewang and the villagers complain that his fees are too high, deliberately try to force his prices down, and even go so far as to smash his equipment. Furious, Li Mo shuts down his machine and refuses to serve the village anymore, instead taking on lucrative seeding jobs in neighboring counties. The villagers' smaller machines prove incapable of working the hard soil, leaving the entire village's farmland at risk of being abandoned. Only then do they deeply regret their actions. After the town mayor intervenes to mediate and the troublemakers apologize and pay compensation, Li Mo puts the farming season first and completes the villagers' seeding work at a fair price. In the end, he stands by his principles and earns their respect, while teaching the villagers the importance of gratitude and repaying kindness.
