My Dad Spent a Million to Send His 200-Jin Son Deep Into the Mountains
Two-hundred-plus-catty Qian Duoduo is gluttonous and lazy, sitting solid wood chairs to pieces, which worries his father Qian Dahai. His father spends a heavy fortune sending him to the remote Baiyagou training camp, handing him over to the strict Qin Beichuan. There is no internet here, cell phones must be turned over, and twelve-degree spring water is splashed on beds to urge waking up. Duoduo climbs hard whenever he cannot run, doing push-ups with a balloon on top and running mountain roads carrying sandbags. From resisting crying and making a fuss to actively getting up early to train, he loses four catties in a week. Coach Qin, however, says that the real training has only just begun, and the road of transformation is still ahead.
