Opening her wardrobe, Su Yan found her sleeve caught in the teeth of a beautiful white-haired, red-eyed youth. This trembling, sickly boy was actually the human form of her pet lop-eared rabbit. When a friend barged in, Su Yan had to tackle him down and wrap them both in a blanket to hide the bunny ears that had popped out in fear. She habitually scratched his chin to tease him, unaware of his quiet heartache at being treated merely as a pet. Later on the track field, when a romantic rival came to provoke her, the normally timid boy stood in front of her with red eyes, tightly clasping her hand and announcing he was taking her home. Clumsy yet brave, this pampered bunny, deeply attached to his owner, was trying to cross the dangerous boundary between human and beast.
