Pick Up a Kitchen God, My Rice Jar Cannot Be Scooped Empty
Lin Xiaoman, who is so poor she can barely make ends meet, picks up a broken Kitchen God discarded by the Gao family from a pile of stove ash. Who would have known that the clay statue could actually speak and even gift her a magical rice jar that can never be scooped empty! From then on, the Lin family never lacks food, and their days gradually see a glimmer of hope. However, after the news spreads, Gao Wanfu, a grain merchant, becomes greedy and even sends people in the middle of the night to snatch the rice jar, delusional about making a fortune through it. Little did he expect that this jar can produce white rice and also black rice; it can save the poor, and it can also reflect greed. A bowl of rice before the stove, a ledger of the mortal world. Disaster money can be earned, but human life money cannot be earned.
