The sweet, adorable, yet fearless Gu Xiaochong serves as the dedicated caretaker of the Celestial Beast Valley, whole-heartedly safeguarding her homeland and its divine creatures. Coveting the valley's rare treasures and mystical beasts, the poacher leader Bao Laosan repeatedly leads his gang in violent raids. Using ingenious, fun traps, Gu Xiaochong outwits and repels the invaders time and again, braving mounting crises including arson, espionage, and kidnapping. Standing united with her celestial beast companions and the valley elders, she endures perilous trials to successfully hatch a miraculous baby phoenix, thoroughly crushing the poachers and bringing the villains to justice. Just as peace returns to the valley, the shadowy, far more formidable Myriad Beast Alliance begins to stir, prompting Gu Xiaochong to pack her gear and embark on an all-new journey of protection.
