During a rainforest operation, Long Zhan passes through a sewer and transforms into a ratman. At the brink of desperation, he binds himself to the Taotie System and unites the ratman tribes. He discovers the descendants of a Chinese family living under surveillance. Taotie issues a mission to redeem their bloodline.
