To Save 2,000 in Electricity Bills, Yet Lose a 3 Million Contract
New to the cold-chain warehousing industry, Lin Dayong thinks he is clever and takes it upon himself to cut electricity costs by switching off the main power to the cold storage facility, unplugging the alarm, and even shutting down the backup generator. As a result, frozen goods worth three million yuan spoil badly. His older sister, Lin Xiumei, blindly takes his side and protects him, even stealing her daughter's education savings to cover the losses. She then forcibly tears off the security seals and ships the goods anyway, only for the entire shipment to be rejected and a massive compensation claim to follow. Faced with endless moral blackmail and betrayal, her husband, Zhou Yuan, insists on holding them accountable and divorces her, forcing the brother and sister to pay a heavy price for the consequences of their own actions.
