Ye Chen time-travels to the Prehistoric world, transforming into the Dao Ancestor Hongjun, but is startled to realize he has been reduced to a puppet of the Heavenly Dao. When the Investiture of the Gods tribulation arises, he splits the Three Pure Ones and the three teachings, turning the slaughter of the tribulation into his own Dao cultivation. At the final moment, the Heavenly Dao reveals its fangs, wanting to devour the Prehistoric world and reshape Chaos; Ye Chen resolutely merges Pangu's lingering will and Houtu's reincarnation power to inversely devour the Heavenly Dao. Ever since, he controls the three realms of the Prehistoric world, gains insight into the secrets of Chaos, ascends to the position of the eternal master, and singly decides all ages.
